Haha! And so! It’s terrible that I was given two extra classes to squeeze into my teaching timetable at school just yesterday!!! :S Argh.. that’s 16 classes in 4 days worth.. Sigh.. School… ugh.. I’m not liking it.. Really, but I’m getting tired of the complaining-to-everyone. So Mag, DON’t start!!

On a lighter note! I went to ToastBox, my fav hang-out during the Alevels, last saturday before fusion choir prac! Interesting to meet and work with so many people from Pentecost Methodist!

Yesterday, after a stressing day, my mom and I went to IMM for high tea! Hah! (: And we discovered this place excellent for HK French Toast!! (: The bread is so crispy outside, so soft inside it, the high block of bread almost wants to crumble down! (: Good stuff, I say..

HK Milk Tea;
Almond with TangYuan;
HK Thick Toast w Honey and Butter;
and the star of the show…
Ahh…. can’t you see.. golden butterrry goodness??? Oh man..
French Toast with Honey and Butter!

Sriously, the bread collapses after you shove your knife through it! So fluffy! Good stuff.. And for someone who usually doesn’t take butter, I loved the added butter on this!! Ahh.. too much eating.. and guess what.. that was only high tea.. :S Hah!! Mag Mag.. Haha.. All the fat belongs to the Lord! (:  At least it de-stressed my day!

Oh yea, in my opinion, don’t try anything else on this menu, I don’t think they’re particularly good! The almond tang yuan thing was way too normal.. and sweet..
