Just as I was feeling that time was plenty (especially after CTs)… Haa!

The refridgerator had:
- a pack of yoghurt expiring in a couple of days
- half a lemon in a plastic bag… my.. don’t know how long it was in there…
- no more vanilla essence :/ but had almond essence! (:

And then somehow.. this happened! ",

Lemon Almond Yoghurt Thing

Surprisingly enough, it was tangy and the almond gave an extra kick! ", Not bad! Moist-ish… not really a poundcake! Teacake?
emoticon Hmm…

By the way!!!! Check out the new link I’ve added under ‘Extra Stuff’! (: Haha! Yes, yes, I’m rather excited about this! Hah! (:

Just attended Shashi and Jean’s wedding! I feel so happy for them! Jean’s pretty, as usual! (: It was very much a happy and joyous service at church today! Looking forward to the dinner tomorrow! Anyway, I’m leading worship at YM tomorrow, I’m pretty excited, yet worried about it, perhaps all I need to do is just seek Him and ask for His direction and healing, of course! My sinus has been acting up quite badly these few days ever since during camp and I certainly hope that all WILL be fine tomorrow! (: Surely, I believe in a faithful God who surprises us in ways we do not see!

Easy-peasy Banana Cake

This is one banana cake that never fails me! Picture taken quite some time back too! Just mix in about 125 g very soft butter, several medium bananas (pureed), 100-150 g raw sugar (or any other), a large egg, about 200 g flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, nuts and other flavourings (vanilla extract etc.). Simply pop it into the oven for an hour or so at 170degC! Best right out of the oven! The banana smell from the oven just wakes you up! (sorry Kath! ",) Haha! Keeps moist for really really really long! (:
